Terms and conditions
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Avenix Trade platform you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
Avenix Trade is a digital asset trading platform that executes the orders and automated instructions you configure. We are not an investment adviser, and nothing in the product constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to trade digital assets. You are responsible for confirming that your use of automated trading tools complies with local law.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and two-factor device secure, and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
5. Deposits, demo accounts, and withdrawals
Accounts open in demo mode with a simulated balance and no real value. Live trading requires a deposit, which is held in a segregated client account. Withdrawals are processed to verified destinations after second-factor confirmation.
6. Risk disclosure
Trading digital assets involves substantial risk, including total loss of capital. Automated systems can fail, execute unintended orders, or behave unexpectedly during volatility, outages, or downtime. Demo account results, backtests, and simulated performance do not predict future results.
7. Automation and its limits
An instruction is carried out as written, which includes being carried out when writing it was a mistake. We do not review your rules for sense, and a rule that behaves exactly as configured has not malfunctioned merely because the outcome was unwelcome.
8. Availability
We aim for continuous availability and do not promise it. Maintenance, third-party outages, and market-side halts can all interrupt execution, and an instruction that could not be carried out during an interruption is not carried out retrospectively afterwards.
9. Deposits and charges
There is no subscription fee for the platform. Live trading requires a first deposit of at least 250 EUR or USD, which is held in a segregated client account as your trading balance and may be withdrawn subject to verification. Any charge that applies to trading is disclosed in your account before an order can be placed, and a change to it takes effect on at least thirty days' notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenix Trade is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, present a security risk, or are used for unlawful activity. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.
12. Complaints
Complaints should be sent through the contact form and are acknowledged in writing. Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the escalation route depends on the regulator of the operating entity, which is not yet published on this site.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
