How signing in works

Three things happen each time, and knowing what they are makes it obvious when something is wrong.

01

You start from an address you typed or saved

We will never message you a sign-in link out of the blue. If one arrives unprompted, it did not come from us, whatever the sender line says.

02

The second factor is asked for after the password

Always, on every device, including the one you used an hour ago. A page that accepts your password and then waves you through is not ours.

03

The session is scoped and expires

Signing in does not authorise a withdrawal. That is confirmed separately, at the moment you request it, against an address you approved earlier.

What is behind the login

The account is the product. All of this lives inside it, and none of it needs another tool bolted on.

  • Open positions, order history, and the reason each order fired.
  • The strategy builder, and every rule you have running or paused.
  • Your daily loss limit, monthly drawdown cap, and per-trade size limit.
  • The demo balance, alongside the live one, on the same market data.
  • Statements you can export, and the audit trail behind them.
  • Deposits, withdrawals and statements — and closing the account, which never needs a phone call.

If you cannot get in

Nine times in ten the device clock has drifted. Turn on automatic time on the phone, wait for the next code, and try again. If it still fails, use a recovery code and re-enrol the app from inside the account.

Use one of the recovery codes issued when you enrolled. Each works once. If those are gone too, contact support from the contact form — re-enrolment requires identity checks and is deliberately not instant.

Start the reset from the sign-in page. The link goes to the address on the account and expires quickly. Resetting a password never removes the second factor, and it never enables a withdrawal on its own.

Do not follow it. We do not send unprompted sign-in links or ask you to confirm a login by email. Open the site yourself, sign in normally, and check the device history inside the account.

Repeated failed second factors lock an account for a period, on purpose. Wait it out rather than retrying, then sign in cleanly. A lock that does not clear means the security team has placed a hold, and support can explain why.

Two habits worth having

Approve withdrawal destinations while nothing is happening, not while you are in a hurry to move funds. The delay is the safety feature: an attacker with your password and your phone still cannot send anything anywhere new.

Check the device list in the account every so often. Anything you do not recognise is worth ending immediately, and it is a much easier conversation before the fact than after it.
